All they have to do is boot up their device and register for TeleCare on our website. From there, a member of our TeleCare staff will call the patient to complete the registration process. Next, one of our providers will contact them to conduct an evaluation.
Once this meeting is over, our trained provider will determine whether or not the patient requires a face-to-face visit. They will then connect the patient to the appropriate location for further assistance. By taking this process to an online platform that is easy to operate, our team can now direct patients to the proper channels without asking them to leave their homes.
