Training in our time-tested methodology and culture will begin on day one and continue over the next several months, including a two day corporate training experience at our headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. We’ll cover a range of essential topics, from pre-opening procedures to the day-to-day tasks of operating an AFC franchise. Near the time of your opening date, a field support team member will finalize your initial training with an on-site visit. This visit is designed to ensure you are applying everything you have learned. We think you’ll find that starting your own healthcare business with AFC is a straightforward process.

All franchisees are also provided with a thorough operations and procedures manual. This manual outlines recommended recruiting, hiring, risk management, and staffing procedures and reinforces the details on how to profitably run your urgent care business.

When you open your American Family Care franchise, you’re in business for yourself, not by yourself. Our model is truly turnkey, offering full support (new franchise owners are assigned a Franchise Business Consultant from day one) and a pre-opening package.
