URGENT CARE AND FAMILY CARE
Why Urgent Care?
Urgent care centers, sometimes called walk-in clinics, have become a very popular medical solution for millions of Americans. They provide convenience and affordability that are not possible with more traditional medical providers. Urgent care allows a patient to be taken care of immediately, even in the evening and on weekends, without having to wait for an appointment with a primary care physician. And urgent care visits are typically a fraction of the cost and time of hospital emergency rooms visits.
The American Family Care Difference
American Family Care centers take urgent care to a new level by offering additional on-site services such as x-rays and labs, improved wait times, speedier visits, and more highly-trained medical staff than other urgent care providers. We are also open early and late, seven days per week. Our centers accept most local and national insurance plans and offer very competitive self-pay options.
While all of our centers provide exceptional “Family Care” to everyone from children to seniors, many of our centers also offer the convenience of long-term care and insurance processing of primary care facilities.
Patient Services Provided
Most visits to a primary care physician can be handled immediately by one of our walk-in medical centers. Plus, we can provide nearly all of the non-life threatening treatments of an emergency room. Below is a list of medical services provided by our centers:
No one is invincible, and at some point or other everyone will contract an illness like a cold or laryngitis, despite our best efforts to remain healthy. Suffering from common issues such as ear infections, bronchitis, strep throat, or the stomach flu can be a nuisance to your everyday life considering the headache of trying to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician who might not be able to see you right away. This is why you should visit us here at American Family Care.
Our walk-in urgent care center is open seven days a week, no appointments necessary. Our physicians treat common illness and injuries on a daily basis such as joint sprains, minor cuts and lacerations, sinus infections, swimmer’s ear and much more. If you feel that your illness is non-life threatening and cannot wait to be seen by your primary care physician, don’t suffer a minute longer – stop by American Family Care today!

Skip the long wait times and costly medical expenses of an emergency room and visit our location today.
We are conveniently open seven days a week and offer extended hours so that you don’t have to go to the ER if you truly don’t need to. We accept most major health insurance plans, and if we don’t accept your specific plan, we offer affordable self-pay options as well!

Using our high-end technology, our labs can also perform lab services such as microscopies, full lab panels, and urinalysis. These services are all available on a walk-in basis, allowing any potential concerns regarding your health to be resolved within just a matter of days.

All throughout the flu season, every one of our centers is stocked with flu shots – all available on a walk-in basis. Our centers also administer vaccines for conditions like polio, measles, meningitis, and hepatitis A & B. Many of our centers also carry travel vaccines that help our travel-bound patients stay healthy abroad. Make sure to call or visit your local center’s website to see if they carry the travel vaccinations you require.
