For New Owners
You’ll begin our pre-opening process, which includes important tasks for opening your franchise which are tied to crucial training objectives. You’ll be engrossed in our culture and begin training on Day 1. This training will include a two-and-a-half-day training experience at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama, as well as a corporate visit to your franchise site for further training.
We want you to stay up-to-date with all the latest trends, technology, certifications, and more, so we’re sure to provide our franchisees with the latest and greatest professional development opportunities.
We believe that the entire AFC team benefits when training and professional development occur on a regular, ongoing basis. That’s why we offer continued education via access to conferences, webinars, conference calls, written modules, and other media so that our AFC franchise owners can learn according to their own schedules. We also provide module-based training to our center staff so that they can enhance their skills and continue to deliver the level of excellent patient care that AFC clinics are known for.
Franchise Support Tools
Franchisees are assigned a franchise support consultant from Day 1 and a full pre-opening package to help you hit the ground running. We also have national vendor partners that will assist you with everything from choosing a location and real estate all the way through construction and set up.
